Shipping, Payments and Refund Policies

Overview

  • Orders placed and paid before 13:00 are shipped the same day via next-day delivery.

  • Free courier shipping on orders over R1000.

  • You can choose to collect your order from the shop—please contact us to arrange a suitable time.

  • We offer a 7-day exchange and refund policy, excluding consumable items like coils and e-liquid.

Shipping Options

1. Collection (Free)
Collect your order from Puffing Monkey Vape Shop in Krugersdorp. Come say hello and get expert advice from our team.

2. Courier Delivery (R120)
Delivery to major city centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, East London) with tracking provided via The Courier Guy.
Orders before 13:00 ship same day; after 13:00 ship next business day (Monday for Friday afternoon orders). No weekend deliveries.
If you need delivery changes, contact The Courier Guy directly once you receive your tracking number.

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Refunds
7-day exchange and refund policy applies. Please provide a reason for return and allow us to resolve any issues first. Consumables (coils, e-liquid, etc.) are not refundable.
